Thanks to Terra Friends Larry & Sara Wan and Jim Riley
On Sunday, March 18th, with the help of Jim Riley as a guest speaker, and Larry and Sara Wan who generously opened their home, hosted the Evening in Malibu Terra Peninsular Fundraiser. Jim showcased his documentary "Baja California, Preserving Coastal Habitat" http://vimeo.com/39679963, featuring Terra's own science advisor, Sula Vanderplank. The presentation was then followed up with a delicious authentic Mexican meal cooked by no other than Sara Wan, complemented with wine from Mexico's famous Valle de Guadalupe.
A great evening where conservationists, activists, concerned citizens from Malibu with environmental justice, and Terra Peninsular Board members and staff discussed Baja California's main environmental conservation concerns and strategies.
Our heartfelt thanks to Larry and Sara Wan for opening their home, and to Larry for donating amazing Baja California marine wildlife photographs that are currently displayed in our Community Center and Gallery

And of course, our sincere gratitude to Jim Riley for his continued support!
